About High Socks by Twin Sails Brewing
High Socks - 100% Mosaic IPA is another one of Twin Sails Brewing's single hopped NE style hazy IPAs. This time they used Mosaic, one of their favourite hops. You'll get big notes of Pineapple and candied tropical fruit followed by some slight resinous, dank flavours. They kept the body big to hold up to the huge flavours of the Mosaic hop and for a beer that clocks in at 7% ABV, it is incredibly crushable.
