Holy Cow

Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
7.5% ABV • IBU 82 • SRM 11

And just when you thought that things could not get even more bitter ... Here comes the Holy Cow. The name means an expression of amazement and surprise.

Born of an international collaboration with our Californian friends brewery Green Flash, San Diego, the Holy Cow is 82 IBU bitterness and 0% of modesty. This IPA is the bitterest ever manufactured in Brazil.

Definitely not for the weak. We are warning you.

Tasting Notes: Amber in color, slightly cloudy due to the dry hopping process and a strong footprint hop aroma and flavor.

Pairs Well With: Red meat and gorgonzola cheese.
