About Hop Therapy Double IPA by Russell Brewing Company
As a beer style, a double IPA is designed to showcase the hops. We've used a massive amount of 100% American hops including: Amarillo, Cascade and Columbus. For this batch, we had six hop additions in the brew kettle and two rounds of dry hopping to finish. At 100 IBC's, this beer is dry, strong and bitter. We hope you enjoy its clean bitterness, refreshing aroma and big hop flavour.
