About Hot Take IPA by Twin Sails Brewing
Hot Take is Twin Sails' Zero IBU IPA. They threw a ton of hops into this beer but managed to keep the IBU at zero by adding all of the hops after the boil. That meant, two huge dry hoppings as well as lupulin powder added during the whirlpool and recirculated during the last dry hop. Doing this allows the beer to keep all of that big fruity hop flavour and aroma with out any of the bitter flavour.
