Humulus Terreux is a chance for us to experiment with both hops and yeast to create unique, juicy & funky flavors. This Bretted pale can be found every 6 months, each time showcasing a unique hop varietal.
The flavor possibilities are endless when combining notes of citrus, pine, flowers or grass with the barnyard funk, earth and tropics that can come from a 100% Brettanomyces fermentation. While each beer will showcase a different, distinct character, the end result will always be dry, funky and delightfully hoppy.
