About Ichorous Imperial Stout by Blindman Brewing
Limited Release. Pours a deep amber almost black color with a finger of off-white head that leaves very little lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is red wine grapes with chocolate and light roasted grains. Taste is a chocolate malty sweetness with a light roasted grain bitterness with a dry red wine finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Balanced and tasty.
