Imperial Stout uses lots of malt, lots of hops, and lots of roasted barley for a strong bitter yet balanced complexity.  Limited quantities are available on draft (winter/spring 2016) but a lot was bottled for extended aging in a dank basement.  Tentatively named "You Can't touch This (until October 2016) Imperial Stout", the bottle aged version is  expected to get even better with some age as the flavors blend and complexity builds.
