Pale in Colour, Not Flavour. If hoppy makes you happy, this Pacific Northwest-style IPA is your beer. It is brewed with two kinds of delicious Yakima Valley Cascade hops, in such a way as to deliver the maximum heavenly hoppiness to your tastebuds, with the minimum bitterness.
IPA is a great brew to get the appetite going, but also has enough character to hold its own against the hot stuff. So bring on the salsa, jerk chicken and lamb vindaloo. Steaks too.
