An edgy, modern example of the American IPA category that bursts with lemon, orange and tangerine fruit character. A generous blend of Amarillo, Lemondrop and Mosaic hops are added at the end of boil and through multiple dry-hop steps. In spite of the great hop character, bitterness is balanced to allow the underlying malt flavour to shine through in this dry-finishing beer.
