The result of a January experiment a few years ago ha become one of Duncan's favourite beers. Very pale in colour, luscious aromas of jasmine combined with classic Saaz hop aroma - honey and hay. The yeast take a back eat, but still contributes to a tasty backbone to this unique and refreshing beer.
