Combining the perfect biscuity malt-based dessert crust mixed together with ~400lbs of prickly pear and guava purée for tropical flavours with aromas of zippy star fruit, bruised strawberries, and diced kiwifruits. Co-pitched lactobacillis culture alongside house Kviek yeast strain adding a complex acidity balanced nicely with the sweetness of lactose and exorbitant amounts of vanilla. Result is tangy, sour, and sweet with a vibrant magenta hue.
