About Kawaimea by O.T. Brewing Company
Their first anniversary beer celebrates two things they love at O.T.-- hops and basketball! This single hop "super" pale ale was brewed with a hop new to them: Waimea from New Zealand. They kept the alcohol closer to that of a pale ale but dry hopped it like an IPA, like a perfect jump shot from the MVP of Canada's first NBA champions. We get notes of papaya creamsicle, preserved lemon, Froot Loops, and Kaimanua forest.
