“Kex”, brewed for their friends at Kex Hostel in Reyjkavik, Iceland. The hostel is situated in an old Biscuit Factory in the downtown area of Reyjkavik and is the go to place when visiting the city and the Mikkeller&Friends bar. For them To Øl has brewed a 5% Pilsner loaded with Tettnanger and Mosaic hops, and a malt base of Pilsner, Cara Pils and Munich that is boosted by biscuits! You heard it right, biscuits. What is not to love?!
To Øl wishes to make potent beers, packed with flavour and character. Beer, which you do not forget easily (unless you just had too many). We make beers with an edge and with a drive and prefers quality way before quantity. In short, we want to make the best beers in the world. Period.
