Don't let this cold-fermented ale fool you into thinking it is a lager, because it’s not! We've borrowed a beer style specific to Köln, Germany and created something dangerously serene. This crisp, clean ale sits in at 5% and has been delicately hopped with "Nearly Noble" German hops to 20 IBU's. Light in colour and picking up subtle notes of spice and apple. Our easy drinker pairs well with a patio and some vitamin D.
