About Kölsch by Covington Brewhouse
Covington Kolsch is an easy drinking wheat ale with a slight citrus flavor and aroma from the German noble hops it is brewed with. It is fermented at higher ale temperatures, then cold conditioned like most lagers so you get the best of both worlds. A fruity aroma like an ale with a crisp, clean finish like a lager.
