A Krystal (filtered) Weizen Ale brewed in the traditional German manner using a healthy portion of white wheat malt. The slightly phenolic flavor is complemented by the subtle clove and ester aromas characteristic of this beer style. A blend of 3 hops creates a delicate hop bitterness accentuating the light, refreshing character of this beer.
