Kveik pronounced “ka-wike” is the yeast at the heart of many farmhouse ales in Norway. Passed down through generations of Norwegian brewers, its wholly unique and produces many sought after characteristics. This beer is tart, juicy, refreshing and made using centuries old beer yeast.
