About La Bonte Fig by Wicked Weed Brewing
La Bonte is open fermented with Wicked Weed's house Brettanomyces strains. The beer is then blended with a portion of Blonde Sour and onto a ½ pound per gallon of whole figs. The beer is then aged in bottles until it reaches perfection.
