About La Bonte Pear by Wicked Weed Brewing
La Bonté is open fermented with their house Brettanomyces strains. The beer is then blended with a portion of Blonde Sour and onto a half pound per gallon of French Pears. Then they age the beer in bottles until it reaches perfection.
