The Morin family lived by fishing and trapping. Under this way of life were hidden tendencies of smuggler and filibuster. Pirates of the seas, they freely stole the spoils of sinking ships. This dark beer reveals aromas of roasted malt. A smooth beer concocted with local and organic oats from Haute ‐ Gaspésie. There is even a hint of bitterness to underline the guts of this mishap.
