La Mancina

No load has ever stopped the "Mancina", crane that towered over the pier of Forte dei Marmi. Clear with golden reflections it presents intense aromas of ripe fruit (peach, apricot, pear and pineapple) and a light spicy tone given by the Belgian yeast. The taste, characterized by sweet notes, is accompanied by the slight hopping that contributes to its unexpected beverinity and fluency. It gives its best with cured meats and cheeses, robust first courses, elaborate meat dishes and dry pastries.
