La Pesaq

Winter wheat beer with fresh notes of citrus and conifers, fermented with Microbrasserie Pit Caribou's yeasts from the Gaspesian nature. Flavored with young shoots of larch, it is assembled with a reliable beer aged 6 months in barrel of pinot noir seeded with brettanomyces. Pesaq, which means "it snows" in the Micmac language, is an off-piste ski hill located in Gaspé.
