Laggar Falcon has a Helles-style malt profile typical of Bavarian beers, using Canadian Pale and Munich malts to give it a rich golden colour and rich mouth feel. It is then finished with Cascade and Simcoe hops to give it a slightly bitter and pleasant floral nose.
