Long-time comps, traditional and wild brewing yeasts have had a 4-month feast in our oak barrels.
These six strains of Brettanomyces and two strains of Saccharomyces offer us Shed with funky and fruity aromas.
Its slightly bitter finish makes it a particularly thirst-quenching beer.
