The Bridal Veil, mother source of Haute‐Gaspésie. Descending the rocky cliff of La Martre, it unites in a torrent of interbreeding between Amerindians and European settlers. Tightly woven, this committed white beer is brewed with local and organic hemp giving it woody and tangy aromas. The balanced combination of citrus and spices of this beer expresses the perfect crossing of its origins.
