About Little Chute by Quayle's Brewery
Quayle's latest Pale Ale addition is Little Chute! A west coast pale ale, similar to their Big Chute. It is packed with Cascade from their own hops yard as well as Citra, Mosaic and Columbus. West Coast Pale Ales are noted to have huge hop aromas and be bursting with citrus and tropical aromas. And this one doesn’t disappoint!
This smooth drinking pale ale comes in at 5.5% alc./vol. (versus 7% for Big Chute) and is brimming with stone fruit and citrus flavours. The crisp finish with a touch of bitterness will leave you wanting more! And like any other hoppier beer, you want to drink these fresh to savour every ounce of hoppy goodness!
