A collab with Cabin Brewing. Here is Long White Cloud. It’s a Hazy New Zealand Pils. That’s right, we made a lager. What of it? Brewed with Pilsner, Carafoam, flaked barley and rolled oats then hopped aggressively with Waimea and Wakatu hops. It presents strong notes of honey dew melon, white pepper and crackery malt. It’s named after the Mauri word for New Zealand, which is where Haydon hails from. Something to do with the island being covered with sheep we think.
Annex Ale Project is devoted to good beer and great conversations. We're curious and unconventional and every beer we brew is the result of serious experimentation. For a long time, we've wanted to make the kind of beer that would appeal to beer drinkers and big thinkers. Now that's all we do.
