About L'Or Des Marais by Brasserie Dieu du Ciel
L’Or des marais, a Saison style beer, is born in 2014 of a collaboration between Dieu Du Ciel! and the Danish brewery To Øl. Partnership with the “Maison de la chicoutai” was also essential to obtain the ingredients. The cloudberries contribute a unique and acidic flavour, while the sweet gale provides resinous and bitter aromas. The bitterness is quite frank, the acidity light and refreshing, and the finale fairly dry. This beer reaches an ideal equilibrium of flavours about three months after bottling.
