Low Light by Elevation Beer Co. in Colorado, United States

About Low Light by Elevation Beer Co.

Pouring pale straw-colored, with a light-body, low bitterness and a carbonic bite. Everything you anticipate and want from a low calorie, low carb brew, minus the multinational brewery, hedge fund, or marketing conglomerate bankrolling it. Produced and packaged by seven guys in Poncha Springs, CO.

Low Light draws inspiration from what makes America truly great. Purple mountains, spacious skies, amber waves of grain, and her natives and immigrants. Americans owe thanks to those 19th-century German immigrants for bringing lager brewing traditions to America's shores. They owe even more thanks to American Natives who taught new Americans so much, including how to grow corn and barley. This exceptionally drinkable light lager brewed with North American barley, corn and German hops is an intersection of American history, agriculture and hard work.

Our tasting room features up to 16 beers on tap, one of which is a regularly rotating cask beer on a hand engine. Draft and to-go beer available.
