DESCRIPCIÓN: Cerveza de alta fermentación (ale) de apariencia completamente negra. La espuma es densa, cremosa y chocolatada.

NOTAS DE DEGUSTACIÓN: Ésta es una fuerte cerveza negra de alta fermentación que por su alto contenido de maltas tostadas tiene un paladar a chocolate y café muy reconocible y un aroma a caramelo, pasas y frutas secas. Abundantes cantidades de lúpulo ritánico confieren un elegante contrapeso al fuerte carácter acaramelado y afrutado de esta cerveza. Como toque personal, le hemos añadido chiles selectos que por su característico sabor y fuerza le dan aún más intensidad. Esta cerveza armoniza bien con chocolates y frutas del bosque, y fué creada especialmente para acompañar platillos con mole, un manjar digno de la corte de cualquier imperio en el pasado, presente o futuro.

TASTING NOTES: This is a strong high fermentation black beer that, due to its high content of roasted malts, has a very recognizable chocolate and coffee palate and an aroma of caramel, raisins and dried fruits. Abundant amounts of ritual hops confer an elegant counterweight to the strong caramel and fruity character of this beer. As a personal touch, we have added select peppers that, due to their characteristic flavor and strength, give it even more intensity. This beer harmonizes well with chocolates and fruits of the forest, and was created especially to accompany dishes with mole, a delicacy worthy of the court of any empire in the past, present or future.
