Inspired by the new IPA sub-style called NEIPA (New-England IPA), the Milkshake is a dessert version of the latter. The addition of Lactose and natural apple pectin gives it a very creamy texture and a very dense veil. An intensely hopped beer with a mild and balanced bitterness.
