La Mini-Surette s’inspire des bières de blé acidulées brassées en Allemagne, en y ajoutant toutefois notre propre touche avec des fruits différents à chaque version. Celle-ci explore les saveurs d’agrumes du citron et de la lime avec le côté herbacé du romarin. Légère mais goûteuse, intense mais rafraîchissante!
The Mini-Surette is inspired by the tangy wheat beers brewed in Germany, adding however their own touch with different fruits to each version. This explores the citrus flavors of lemon and lime with the herbaceous side of rosemary. Light but tasty, intense but refreshing!
