About Monarch by Grapevine Craft Brewery
Nothing fancy, just good. A refreshing pilsner, light bodied and slightly hopped for a perfect finish. Our pilsner boasts a traditional German style with very low hop aroma, a mild bitterness on the finish balanced by a nice Vienna malt backdrop. This beer is lagered for a beautifully crisp finish. Each year, the monarch butterfly makes its way from Canada to Mexico by way of Grapevine, Texas. It's a marvelous journey deserving of respite. Relax, and enjoy.
