Their first big release pilsner is coming out of the gate and ready to SMASH!! A little nod to those dad beers of the 80’s, but tuned up to be extra crisp and extremely crushable. This is a classic pilsner, super dry hopped Italian style and it’s going to be FLATTENING CANS AND TAKING NAMES!
Brewed with 100% pilsner malt, hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Mittelfrueh and fermented on a Northern German yeast to finish as crisp and dry as possible. This beer is ultra-refreshing with a super soft bitterness making it our current easy drinker of choice. CRUSH IT!
’88 was a pretty damn good year. Hair was big, tunes had attitude and a small city was finding its place on the world stage. ’88 Brewing Company makes beers in the same spirit of excitement for what’s next. Always big flavors, sometimes a little weird, best enjoyed together.
