About Mosaic ESB by Paddy's Barbecue & Brewery
This English-American hybrid brew is made with English ingredients Marris Otter, Flaked Barley, Fuggles and EKG hops. Following fermentation the beer was then dry-hopped with our ever favourite Mosaic hop. The Mosaic hops dominate at the forefront with berry and citrus notes followed by minor herbal and pine flavours. The classic ESB flavours of bready malts and floral hops lingers on the pallet.
