About Motel Coconut by Boréale (Brasseurs du Nord)

While the summer is in full swing on the province, our master brewer continues to experiment in the darkness of its fermenters, to create us ever more exotic beers. And it's a successful mission with this new Episode, entitled Motel Coconut! In the guise of an American Pale Ale, this new creation is repeatedly cold hopped with generous amounts of El Dorado and Azacca. And as it is not enough, several shovels of dried coconut were added to the fermenter. Once poured into our glass, the Motel Coconut reveals a well veiled dress and a very greedy fruity bouquet, testimony of its inspiration drawn from NEIPA (New England IPA). In the mouth, the silky texture leads to the palate aromas of peach, mango, and vanilla. On the dry and slightly resinous finish finally appears the coveted coconut, in all its complexity. Woody and exotic notes that settle over time. In short, a mix of genres and flavors, which takes us to the sun, even on rainy days!

Brasser d’authentiques bières de caractère sans compromis : pur malt, toutes naturelles, que les meilleurs ingrédients sont utilisés et nous y mettons le meilleur de nous-mêmes. Brew genuine beers of character without compromise: pure malt, all natural, the best ingredients are used and we put the best of ourselves.
