About M/S Berliner by Fjordfolk Mikrobryggeri
M/S Berliner has always been one of Fjordfolk's most popular beers. This beer gets its delicate acidity from lactic acid bacteria and from passion fruit (which also contributes sweetness and an exotic twist). With its low bitterness, this beer is reminiscent of sparkling wine and is therefore known as the "Champagne of the Nordics".
Goes well with: This fresh summer beer is excellent on its own, with an ice cube, with seafood or as a good contrast to the fatty ribs on Christmas Eve.
