About Natural Java Coffee Beer by O.T. Brewing Company
O.T.'s second collaboration with Monogram Coffee brewed for Hopwired Festival 2019 features the fully natural-processed Tibebu Roba from Ethiopia. Natural Java begins as a blonde ale that gets dosed with brewhouse-brewed coffee after primary fermentation. Expect notes of blueberry cheesecake with extra crust!!
