About No. 99 Amber Ale by Wayne Gretzky Craft Brewing
A deep amber colour with a tan hued foam. Aromatic notes of grains, caramel, toasted bread, citrus and malty sweetness. A full-bodied richly flavoured beer with punchy notes of roasted grains and caramel. Full and focused with slight bitterness and a long lingering finish.
Only four ingredients used; yeast, malted grain (barley), hops (Centennial and Citra hops), and pure water, naturally limestone-filtered through the UNESCO-protected Niagara Escarpment watershed.
Serve chilled at 2 to 5°C in an ale pint glass.
