About The Noble by Origin Malting & Brewing Co.
A mash up English pale malt, Munich, C40, Carafa and Roasted Barley providing a solid malt backbone. Our bittering pellet hop addition are Centennial and our whirlpool pellet hop additions are Cascade, Amarillo and Mosaic. We then dry hop with Hopzoil essential hop oils, Cascade & Chinook.This Black IPA is dominated with citrus, grassy and grapefruit flavors from the hops and roasty, chocolate notes from the malt. It is capped off with a dry, lingering finish due to the use of Roasted Barley.Dark, creamy, resinous and just a little bit of sweetness. A little different then your average Black IPA - and its meant to be.
