Nørwood Norwegian Farmhouse Ale by Four Winds Brewing Company in British Columbia, Canada

About Nørwood Norwegian Farmhouse Ale by Four Winds Brewing Company

Nørwood was fermented warm with traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast, Kveik, in an open-top foeder. It was then transferred into Okanagan red wine barrels for a 3-month secondary fermentation with Brett C, before being transferred into stainless steel tanks and dry-hopped with Enigma just before packaging. The bottles were then conditioned for a few months longer.⁣

They say this ale sings brightly with notes of citrus, pineapple, and a hint of Brett funk, while balanced by a pleasing mineral dryness.⁣

Delta's own craft brewery.
