We brewed our first batch of beer in July of 2015. Since then, we've been supplying our bottle shop, restaurant, music hall, and a few choice bars and restaurants around town.

NE Style Tart Pale Ale with copious amounts of hand pitted Ontario apricots. Heavily dry-hopped with the best hops Mosaic, Vic Secret, & Citra. Hazy, tart, really nice balanced acidity.
