We brewed our first batch of beer in July of 2015. Since then, we've been supplying our bottle shop, restaurant, music hall, and a few choice bars and restaurants around town.

NE Style Tart Pale Ale with a pinch of salt. Generously dry-hopped with Mosaic. Hazy and slightly tart, really nice balanced acidity, refreshing minerality.
