About Null Test by Annex Ale Project

A collab with the guys from The Common up in Edmonton. Null Test is it’s name and it keeps in line with Nik’s hazies. Conceptually this is a new idea for Annex. They brewed a Citra Pale Ale which was fermented mad hot with Kviek (Kuh-wike) yeast. The yeast is doing most of the work here, as it shows off this incredible lemon and lime juice flavour and aroma with a tiny bit of acidity. Hoppy and fruity? Doye. This jazz swings in at a polite 4.9%.

Annex Ale Project is devoted to good beer and great conversations. We're curious and unconventional and every beer we brew is the result of serious experimentation. For a long time, we've wanted to make the kind of beer that would appeal to beer drinkers and big thinkers. Now that's all we do.
