We reached out to Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters and went and sampled some of their cold brew, paired with our brown ale. Carmen bean from Panama, in particular, played really nicely with the beer. The coffee beans were personally delivered to us and the beans were coarse ground here at the brewery just before we made the cold brew. We let it brew for a few days and added it to our beer during the transfer from fermentation vessel to bright tank.
