About Oak Grove by Bench Brewing Company
Oak Grove is a blend of golden sours aged in Twenty Valley wine barrels. Fermented with our house culture of yeasts and lactobacillus, and aged in barrels for 12 months, this tart beer displays notes of orange, lime zest, stone fruit and a distinct oak character. Soft and very dry, this beer finishes with a pleasing, crisp acidity. Cellars well.
