About Observatory IPA by Zero Issue Brewing
Observatory is a unique IPA that doesn't fit neatly into a single category. The experimental hops used give it some tropical fruit aroma as well as a hint of cocoa powder. The flavour profile has some mild sweetness from the malt, and sharp hop bitterness with a clean, dry finish.
