Old Diablo is one of Morgan Territory's oldest recipes and is their American interpretation of an English Barley Wine. They stay true to the English roots utilizing Maris Otter, Biscuit and Caramel malts to create rich malt complexity. Alternatively, they used the brighter, bolder American hops Amarillo(citrus/grapefruit) and Centennial (citrus/pine) to balance the sweetness. It’s heavily-bodied with medium carbonation intended for sipping.
