About One Hundred Thousand Dollar IPA by Dock Street Brewery

This hazy, tropical DIPA is brewed with plenty of wheat and oats, hopped in the kettle with NZ Wakatu and Azacca then dry hopped heavily with juicy Azacca, a bit more limey Wakuta, and tropically danky Idaho 7. Strong aromas of mango, pineapple, and citrus are followed by a smooth silky bod and juicy hop flavors. Brewed as a follow-up to the Fifty Thousand Dollar IPA and building on the lottery fortune that our pal Peter may not have actually won, but definitely deserves.

Dock Street Brewery started in 1985, amidst a proverbial sea of watered down and adjunct-plagued lagers, as one of the first post-prohibition craft breweries in the country - and Philly’s first all-grain brewpub.
