An Homage to the Islands, with a flourish of spicy hops and a continental malt backbone. A traditional German Pilsner, Palm Tree is brewed with copious quantities of Saaz and Tettnang hops to drive delightful Noble Hop aroma, and an addition of malted rye to the imported German malt bill adds a subtle spiciness to the beer. Palm Tree is lagered for weeks to achieve the essential flavor profile of a Pilsner – a balance of malt depth, floral hop aroma, and a clean, approachable finish.
